My children have been asking to do a lemonade stand (well, really Sydney) since forever... At first it would have been for her own profit. She is saving to buy a new cell phone. One day we were discussing the Breast Cancer 3-Day. On her very own, she thought it would be a better idea to do this as a fundraiser. So far, they are up to $7.00!
I have to say that I am very fortunate and have already met my goal! My teammate Mara is also very close, but still has about $500 to go. If you don't know how the 3-Day works, we have goals of $2200. We have to raise that money in order to walk in the event. It's only a month away (holy smokes, I better start walking).
