I just dropped my "baby" off at her first day of middle school... This is after she spent last Thursday evening babysitting for her little sister (4 1/2), Aspen (3), and Titus (only 7 months). I'm pretty sure it was just yesterday that she needed a sitter herself. Well, it seems like it anyway!
I'm so blessed by this child. I can see God working in her. She is kind and caring. She is listening to what He wants from her. She is more than I ever imagined she would be at this age!
You can see, the hair didn't stay down for very long! At least I was able to get her to take a picture before she had to put it in a pony tail again.

She was very nervous today! So I wrote down all of the supplies that she needed to have for each class. And her dad told her to write her locker combinations on her hand. I'm not a big fan of writing on yourself, but if that's what it takes to help her have a first day, then that is a-ok!
